Here at the Slanted Porch, we have committed ourselves to bringing the “farm to table” way of dining here to Fallon.  Currently everything that we have growing on our farm will make its way through our restaurant to bring our customers the freshest and most delicious meals possible. Buying from other local farms and letting our menu follow the seasons, we are supporting sustainability of our farms and local economy not to mention our environment and lessening the travel of our food.
